We will bill your organization for the proportion of the cost of the space your business needs to utilize and the portion of the time that your company utilizes the needed services of the various staff; in this way you can keep your costs variable instead of committing to a large monthly fixed cost;

2) We are able to help train your management team in the way Business is conducted based on the American Standards of business communication and management.

3) We would be able to serve your needs as your American Payment Receiving Company serving your English Speaking clients located within the Entire USA, Canada & Europe and other countries;

4) We could help create strategies and provide support in implementing those strategies that can expand your company’s market share, market reach and operations;

5) We are able to serve your company as a Whole-Sale distributor of goods to various resellers;

6) We have the capacity to offer your products on-line in our e-store to increase your retail sales.

We understand clearly that these issues are time sensitive; it is imperative that we get your diligent support in order to be able to do our due diligence:

Please kindly take the time to address the following questions so that we can help develop a long and mutually prosperous working relationship with your company.

1) We need to receive some background information and some references on your organization, including the name of officers; the year of incorporation; the years your organization has been in business, the numbers of employees, your principal and owners’ names and information; the type of business structure you have, any permits and licenses that your company has to do business in the United States and Canada and to do its type of work in the United States and Canada.

2) We need to have access to your website to evaluate the content; claims and legitimacy of your organization. Please in addition to above, forward the domain name to your company’s website where we can evaluate your operations.

3) It is to be understood that if our company is to serve as a payment receiving center, in no way shall it assume any responsibility for the quality of the products provided by your company to your clients, the services provided or the lack of customer satisfaction that the clients may have and in no way can our company assume any liability on your company’s behalf. Although we can help your organization improve its operations, marketing and customer satisfaction, it is not part of our Basic Payment Collection Agreement and a separate engagement agreement shall be developed to address the terms of that relationship.

4) We can not receive any cash on your behalf; we can only receive cashier’s check, company checks or credit cards. Since there is a fee for the credit card processing charged to our company; this needs to be reimbursed to us by your organization. We need to receive 10% Net fee for our simple services of Foreign Payment Receiving on your behalf. Any additional fees or costs to the operations are to be directly passed through to your organization.

5) Additionally we are not a formal collection agency. Your clients are to be instructed to seek us and make payment arrangement with us. We can not perform the part of a collection agency, calling your clients or contacting them; demanding payment on your Company’s behalf. If you decide that you wish to expand our working relationship to include the services of Collection and Legal Representation on Your Company’s Behalf; we can help your organization in doing what is necessary; but the terms of such additional services need to be further agreed upon by both our companies. That can be decided later and managed as needed as part of our Operations Management consultation support to your company.
